Take time away from your busy life to renew your energy reserves and awaken the inner you. This 2 night, 3 day retreat staying at the magical and remote Arete provides you with the opportunity to leave the everyday behind and reconnect with yourself.

Time to welcome a happier, more energised and connected version of yourself

The retreat is carefully curated to meet your wellbeing needs, you will receive a personalised timetable for your stay. Each day consists of breath guided yoga practice, evening meditative yoga Nidra or sound bowl healing. There will be a guided walk, either a luxurious 1 hour facial with natural and certified organic skin care or massage and of course, plenty of time to slow down and destress. A vision board and goal setting workshop and bach flower remedy talk. This will help you to create an action plan that continues to honour your well-being as you transition back to everyday life.
